Corporate Sales Manager
The Corporate Sales Manager, will develop strategy to increase sales and revenue from new and existing B2B and B2G market segments.
We seek a results-oriented professional who will offer insight to help shape our business expansion strategies and provide input into annual business development plans to reach objectives and revenue.
Job Description
Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand client base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and partners relationships
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Additionally, This Role Will Manage Following Duties :
- Select, train, develop, motivate, manage, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports; develop a succession plan such as participate, monitor, and conduct training/ sales courses to fill the knowledge gap and individual needs; promote team building within Sales working environment in order to achieve functional and departmental objectives within company's guidelines.
- Develop and communicate annual Sales strategies that incorporate all Sales related programs, products & services; identify potential account within market segments based on prior market, competitors, and industries analysis to ensure strong market penetration, revenue generation, expand market share and yield enhancement.
- Ensure and oversee the development and implementation of Sales related programs; secure contract with major clients in order to high yield and continuous revenue generation and account development.
- Ensure that preparation and implementation of Sales related plans are aligned with Sales strategies and act as an industry expert in the process of plan and strategy implementation to achieve desired market share, profitability growth and annual revenue goal.
- Oversee the formulation and implement Sales tactics by monitoring company's brand equity and awareness to boost brand equity and awareness as part of enhancing Sales effectiveness.
- Oversee internal and external coordination with other functional departments, trade organizations, alliances, and vendors, and at times directly communicate with clients in order to achieve synergy and maintain good relationship.
- Direct communication channels with operation and other functional groups to ensure coordination bet-ween Sales & other departments and provide continued quality service to obtain and maintain relationship with clients.
- Identify, analyze, design, develop, recommend, and prepare the data needs in database/CRM that can be updated regularly with accurate analysis to support the result of the analysis.
Responsibilities :
- Minimum 5 years Managerial experience in the field of corporate sales, preferably in B2B segment.
- Strong Leadership: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve sales goals
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services against competitors
- Ability to follow and implement good corporate governance process.

Brand Communication Specialist
Requirement :
- Developing Brand Image
- Responsible for maintaining, Increasing and protecting Brother reputation and building brand value through strategic communications
- Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, Print advertisements, Signboards, Store Display, point-of-sales marketing etc.
- Create, direct and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with media partners and third parties.
- Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials.
- Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget.
- Manage & Develop the ecommerce business by planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor competitor's activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.
- Gain good relationship between Brother brand and its Master Dealer & Reseller
Responsibilities :
- Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in handling Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or similar roles
- Ability to develop relevant and effective in-store communication and promotions and manage third party suppliers to positively influence consumer buying behaviour
- Creative thinking & Strong analytic skill
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
- Fast learner
- Good management and interpersonal skills
- Capable to manage stakeholders from different end markets
- Ability to make things happen (pro-active, dynamic, flexible, pragmatic)
- Ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial approach to all activities
- Presentation skills
- Strong decision making ability
